Daniel: We all returned from Puerto Vallarta last Saturday evening and are going through withdrawal as we reluctantly return to our regular lives. Our week at Villa Celeste exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were perfect for our group of eight. In addition to our comfortable bedrooms and baths, we loved what we dubbed the card room overlooking the pool (which we also loved!) where we enjoyed many spirited games throughout the week. And the location! There cannot be a more perfect spot in all of Puerto Vallarta. We quickly realized we didn’t want to spend much time elsewhere. Our only dinner out was at the Vista Grill and most lunches were just down the road at the Lindo Mar grill. And we cannot say enough about Pancho, Javier and Frances. So sweet, generous, capable and hard-working! All we had to do was think of something and Pancho made it happen while making it all seem effortless. From fresh fruit and crispy bacon every morning to wonderful grilled fish, fabulous chicken mole and the best fresh guacamole and pico de gallo every afternoon, Javier outdid himself. And Frances kept everything spotless. We were so happy with them — you are indeed fortunate to have such a loyal and dedicated staff. We all hope we can return to Villa Celeste again.
